Upon stepping into the main house, guests are welcomed by a grand, open plan area on the entrance floor. This space features a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into a comfortable living room. Adjoining this is a dining area that comfortably seats eight people, making it an ideal gathering spot for memorable meals. This expansive area is also equipped with a TV, sound system, a guest WC, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The large balcony doors offer direct access to the outdoor pool area, boasting beautiful views of the pool and the sea.

Two bedrooms are found on this level. Each of them is furnished with a double bed, a ceiling fan, a TV, and air conditioning. Both rooms also have en-suite bathrooms with showers, and balcony doors that open to the outdoor pool area, offering captivating garden and sea views.

As one ascends to the upper level, a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed are found, along with a TV, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. This level houses two more bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each room comes with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The shared terrace accessible via the balcony doors presents amazing landscape and sea views.

The lower level of the villa is dedicated to utility spaces, including a staff room and a laundry and storage room. An additional bedroom is located here, equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room offers direct access to a private cour anglaise, where one can enjoy the lovely garden view.
