Upon entering the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by an entrance hall that leads to two interconnected living rooms, both equipped with satellite TV. There’s an indoor dining area that can accommodate up to 16 people, and a fully-equipped kitchen that provides direct access to the outdoor area. This floor also houses a secondary kitchen, a laundry room, and a guest restroom.

Room 1 features a queen-size bed that can be converted into two twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a safe box, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. This room also has balcony doors that lead to a shared terrace. Room 2 is similarly equipped, but its ensuite bathroom only has a shower. Both Room 1 and Room 2 share a living room that provides direct access to the shared terrace.

The first floor houses a reading room. Room 3, the master bedroom, is also located on this floor. It comes with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a dressing area, a safe box, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Room 4 also has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a safe box, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Both rooms have balcony doors that lead to a shared balcony.

The ground floor features Room 5, another master bedroom. It has a queen-size bed that can be converted into two twin beds, air conditioning, a safe box, an open-plan closet, and an interior marble swimming pool with a rain shower. Room 6 is also on this floor, equipped with a queen-size bed that can be converted into two twin beds, air conditioning, a safe box, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have balcony doors that lead to a terrace. Room 5 and Room 6 share a living room that comes with satellite TV and a refrigerator.

The outdoor area at the entrance level features an infinity pool that’s 20 meters long. It can be heated for an additional charge. There are loungers around the pool, an outdoor dining area that can seat up to 16 people, and a lounge sitting area under a pergola. There’s also a BBQ area and a pool shower.
