Upon entering the villa, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an indoor dining area that can comfortably seat six guests. The kitchen has direct access to the outdoors through balcony doors, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Adjacent to the kitchen, there’s a pantry for additional storage. The living room, equipped with a TV, a piano, and a fireplace, offers an amazing panoramic sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene environment.

The first floor serves as an additional living area and houses several bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 each feature two twin beds, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms provide a window view, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

The outdoor area of the villa is equally inviting. The entrance level features an outdoor dining area that can seat 10 guests under pergolas, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. A BBQ and a laundry room are also available for guests’ convenience.
