Villa San Luigi

The San Luigi Villa, nestled in Buonconvento, in the heart of the picturesque Val d’Orcia region of Tuscany, offers a luxurious stay with a myriad of amenities.

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and high chairs. This space opens directly onto the outdoor area. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a butler pantry and a cozy drawing room, complete with a fireplace and a Sonos sound system. The villa also features an office room equipped with a laptop for guests’ use, a bar with a wine fridge, a snooker table, card tables, and a billiard table. The indoor dining area can comfortably seat 14 guests. The living room, equipped with satellite TV and another fireplace, provides a comfortable space for relaxation. The entrance floor also houses a walk-in closet with a shower, a wine cellar, a laundry room, and a guest WC.

The first floor serves as a common living area and houses several bedrooms. The Venezia room features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a lounge area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a well-designed bath, all complemented by a window view. The Mezzanino room offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with similar amenities. The Cinese and Girasole rooms each have a king-size bed, air conditioning, an armchair, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The Blu room has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The lower level of the villa includes a TV room with an LCD Smart TV and a lounge and living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra people. This level also features a wood-burning stove for added warmth and comfort.

The outdoor area of the villa is just as inviting. The entrance level offers lounge areas and an outdoor dining area that can seat 12 guests under pergolas. It also features a wooden oven and a ping pong table for entertainment. The lower level boasts a private pool measuring 14m x 7m, complete with an automatic pool cover and loungers. A lounge sitting area under a pergola can seat six guests, and the outdoor dining area can accommodate 26 guests. Additional lounge areas, an enclosed large fountain, and two built-in BBQs add to the charm of the outdoor space.

The Oliveto room, with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a living room with TV and fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom, offers a window view and has its own individual entrance. The villa also features a Fitness Center equipped with high-generation Technogym equipment, which also has its own individual entrance.
